Kelli Clifton Ogunsanya, MHA is the Chief Operating Officer of STRIDE Community Health Center where she is responsible for overseeing a staff of 400 team members spanning business and clinical operations, facilities, dental, and pharmacy services to support STRIDE’s mission and vision for quadruple-aim care delivery. With more than 15+ years of patient-centered operations experience across community, academic, research, and public sector organizations nationally and abroad, Kelli has worked with Optum, a division of UnitedHealthcare Group where she partnered with national primary care and specialty medical group leaders to improve chronic care management through risk adjustment strategies including patient activation, telehealth integration, point of care technology optimization, and provider engagement resulting in over $11 million in Medicare-advantage funding.
Kelli earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University College of Public Health. Internationally, she has studied and worked in South Africa, Liberia, and Ethiopia. Kelli is a published author and has served on several boards including Mercy Health Clinic in Athens, GA and the Region 2 Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disorders. She is a member of Leadership Georgia and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Kelli resides in Denver, CO with her husband and daughter.
