Reduce your risk of future health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. This FREE lifestyle change program for adults will provide you with a full year of support and the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you.

Topics include:
• weight loss
• eating healthy
• becoming more physically active
• managing stress
• overcoming barriers
• finding motivation for change
