What We do
health care services
We’re excited to announce CAA Health’s partnership with Dr. Oswaldo A. Grenardo, providing FREE walk-in medical services to the community in the Center’s medical consult space.
The clinic is open every Tuesday from 5:30 – 9:30 PM
Designed with our community’s needs in mind, this clinic provides accessible, after-hours care for individuals and families who may not be able to visit a doctor during the day. Whether you’re dealing with a minor injury, a common illness, or managing a chronic condition, dedicated healthcare providers are here to help you stay on top of your health in a convenient, supportive setting.
Services include treatment for minor injuries (such as sprains, strains, cuts, abrasions, and fractures), common illnesses (like colds, flu, fevers, coughs, asthma, and earaches), as well as support for chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. The clinic also offers preventive care, including vaccinations, screenings, and health education to help you take a proactive approach to wellness.

Blood Pressure Kiosk
The American Heart Association is proud to support the Center for African American Health by providing a blood pressure monitoring station for community use. This new resource, located at the Free Health Clinic, is available to all community members seeking to take charge of their heart health. By offering FREE access to blood pressure monitoring, the initiative helps raise awareness of hypertension—often called the “silent killer”—and promotes proactive health habits that can lead to longer, healthier lives.
This vital work is made possible through the generous support of HCA HealthONE, the local sponsor for the American Heart Association’s Getting to the Heart of Stroke initiative. Together, we are working to break down health disparities and build a stronger, healthier future for everyone. Be sure to visit the Free Health Clinic and take advantage of this life-saving resource—because your heart matters.
